Join Us in Empowering Future Leaders

We’re expanding our Rustenburg Girls’ bursaries and awards to reach more learners, and we invite you to join us in making a tangible difference. Your support is crucial in providing educational opportunities and fostering leadership skills.

Here’s how you can help:

  • Monthly Donations: Contribute as little as R150.00/month through Quicket.
  • Sponsor an Academic Bursary: Support a special bursary for a learner’s educational development at RGJS and RGHS
  • Leadership Development Sponsorship: Assist us in nurturing leadership skills in our learners at RGJS and RGHS by sponsoring the annual academic and/or hostel fees for a learner from a disadvantaged community.
  • Corporate Sponsorship: Companies can sponsor tailored developmental programs starting from R100k to support education and empowerment of learners from disadvantaged communities who would like to study at Rustenburg Girls’ Junior and High School.

For more information, reach out to Asonele Kotu at kotua@rghs.org.za or use this donation link to give via Quicket. Your support will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young women and nurturing leaders who will make a positive impact on society. Together, let’s empower and inspire the next generation of leaders.

Altius et Latius Trust: About Us

Our objective is to provide a sustainable solution for funding education for previously disadvantaged learners, moving away from solely relying on donations.

The Amendment published in May 2019 to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act of 2003 provides the legislative framework for the Trust to receive money and allocate it to pay bursaries for black learners. The Trust is a registered Public Benefit Organisation so any monies paid are tax deductible and a Section 18A certificate will be provided.

The key to this solution lies with companies seeking BBBEE ratings and already investing in skills development or socio-economic development initiatives.
